Our Pros won't be offering in-person appointments until at least December 2nd, to follow government guidance and keep you safe, so we ask that you reschedule appointments to beyond this date as soon as you can.

Any in person appointments until December 2nd should be re-scheduled for after this point, so reach out to your Pro and arrange a new time! You can reschedule as many times as you like, so don't worry - if the rules change, your appointment can too.
Cancelling with over 24 hours' notice ⛔️
As a Client, if it's 24 hours before your booking is due, you can press CANCEL in your Booking in the app and we'll send you the deposit back in full.
Please drop your Beauty Pro a DM to let them know why - and try and reschedule if you can to support them!
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice ⛔️
As a Client, if you cancel with less than 23 hours' notice, press CANCEL on your booking in the app and at that point, you will be charged in full. Don't freak out. The reason we are doing this is to pay the Pro. We want to minimise loss of earnings for our Pros during this difficult time.
We'll refund you in full. Please send your booking confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org and she will process your refund.
Refunds will appear back in your account in 3-5 business days.
The kindest thing to do to support your local Beauty Pro right now is to reschedule for beyond December 2nd, or enquire if your treatment can be done virtually. This ensures they keep their earnings stable while bookings are volatile.
