Stripe likely needs more info or you may have missed a number! How to fix this? Simply re-submit the missing info and hit that 'Get Paid' button.

Why don't I have a 'Get Paid' button? It says 'Complete' on my booking details screen?

Okay, so it's one of two reasons:

➡️ Haven't supplied Beautystack with your bank account info? You'll then have to collect the payment outside of the app or in IRL

➡️ If you have given Beautystack your bank details, then it could be that you've used our 'Create An Appointment' feature. When you use this feature to setup an appointment on behalf of your Client, then you cannot use our payment system for these appointments. Why? We'd run the risk of charging your Client potentially without their knowledge or permission...
